How ordering works
How do I order a bag?
Browse the collection, then message us on WhatsApp about the piece you like. We agree the design, details and price with you there. Your order is final once payment is confirmed, and the piece is made in our Jakarta workshop.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Every order is priced on WhatsApp, together with the design and details you choose. Message us with the piece you have in mind and we will quote you a price there.
Can I order just one bag?
Yes. The same workshop makes single pieces for individual customers and production runs for brands.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. You can order a piece from the collection or have one made to order. Tell us your idea on WhatsApp and we will discuss the design with you.
How long will my order take?
Timing is agreed per order. We confirm it on WhatsApp, together with the design, details and price.
Working with us as a brand
Do you manufacture for other brands?
Yes. We offer OEM production to your technical specs and volumes, private label with custom design and branding, and made-to-order custom pieces. Retailers can also buy pieces from our collection ready to sell.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs are flexible and agreed per project. Tell us the styles, colors and quantities you are planning, and we will agree the MOQ with you.
Can you produce our own designs under our label?
Yes. For OEM we work to your technical specs. For private label we develop the design and branding with you. Either way, every piece is cut and stitched by hand in our Jakarta workshop.
Do you make corporate gifts or gift sets?
Yes. We make corporate gifts with your company's logo, and personal gift sets. Tell us the pieces, the quantity and the occasion on WhatsApp or email, and we agree the colors, logo and price with you for each order.
How do we start a production inquiry?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your brand, the pieces or specs you have in mind, and rough quantities. Pricing and timing are quoted per project, and every shipment includes its CITES documents.
About the python leather
Is the leather genuine python?
Yes. Every python piece is made from genuine python leather, cut with the scales aligned and stitched by hand. No skin enters our workshop without verified CITES documentation from licensed, traceable Indonesian suppliers.
Are all pieces python?
No. The Batavia Raja Lizard Leather Men's Wallet is made of lizard leather. Every other piece, bags and small leather goods alike, is python.
What colors and finishes do you offer?
We work with 30+ colors and finishes, developed for durability and consistency. Ask us on WhatsApp to see the current range.
Will my bag have the same pattern as the photo?
No. Every python skin has its own scale pattern, so each piece is unique. Your bag follows the design and color you agreed with us, and its scale pattern is its own.
Can I choose a different color for a piece?
Yes. You can choose from our 30+ colors and finishes. Tell us on WhatsApp which piece you like, and we will show you the current colors and confirm your choice before production.
Payment and worldwide shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our workshop in Jakarta, Indonesia. Ask us on WhatsApp about shipping to your country.
Will my order include CITES documents?
Yes. CITES documents are included with every shipment, whether it is one bag or a production order.
How can I pay?
We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Your order is final once payment is confirmed.
Can I import a python bag into my country?
That depends on where you live. Some countries need their own import paperwork for python products, and some countries or states restrict import or sale. Please check with your local customs or wildlife authority before you order. We can share the CITES documents for your shipment on request.
After your bag arrives
What if my bag has a defect?
Manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge at our Jakarta workshop. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order details and a short description of the problem, and we will explain the next steps.
